For people who need to learn the mechanics of lifting and need undivided attention from a professional there is nothing better than personal training. Here at OKC, once we get a student to the point where they know how to lift and can train and practice without worry we offer personal programming. This is basically the guts of personal training without paying the premium price for a trainers undivided attention. Your program is personal and unique to you, but you train in the open gym setting along side other lifters also on program. We find this format to be very successful and more cost effective than Personal Training.
