2020 IKO World Championships

This year the Cali Open is moving north to the San Francisco Bay Area! We are thrilled to welcome you all to our new home and to break in the place with our favorite event ever.

Only Kettlebell Kings Bells will be used.

All bells for competition will be provided.

The award for The Worlds Absolute Best Kettlebell Club is on the line!

This is your opportunity to represent your club on the world stage. This is not a competition of nations. This is a competition of Kettlebell Lifting Clubs and their teams.

Jerk relay only on 2/23, 5 ppl 3 min each $30/team

Snatch is 10 min only and everything else is either 5 or 10 min

2 flights per day for 5 min events

Any weight class with less than 3 competitors will place with the next weight class up.  Place awarded with total rep, if same rep between class the lighter class wins.

The Top 10 scores per team will be counted in calculation for the team prize. This means that if a team has one lifter that competes 3 times and has team high scores in all 3 events, all 3 scores will count toward the team prize.

There will be no refunds of registration.
